Jon Forrest is the Lead Pastor and has been with First Christian Church over twenty years.

Josh works with our children and youth. He is also the Vice President of Communication and Strategic Enrollment Management at Mesalands Community College. Josh came to us as a youth intern from Bible College (Ozark Christian College) and became full-time in 2001 following his ordination. After a couple years Josh left to continue his education completing his graduate degree in Communication and Marketing at Eastern New Mexico University. Josh returned with his wife and five children to continue as our Associate Minister.  Josh has been published as a contributing author by Nova Science in a humanities textbook edited by Dr. Shaughnessy (The Humanities: Past, Present and Future). In his chapter, Josh explains the Biblical Hermeneutic as it relates to the Humanities past, present and future.  Josh has self-published two books and produces a podcast titled, "Here Am I".
